Switching layouts doesn't added properties... #33

1. Add a widget
2. Switch to a layout manager with additional properties (e.g. LinearLayout)
3. These properties are not added to the widget added in step 1.

This is actually a bug in the properties panel not reloading if the properties 
of an
object change.  This bug has now been fixed.
