When dragging objects will jump around

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. drag a widget to the designer panel and drag it around
2. add another widget to the panel and drag it around
3. now click and drag the first widget and you will see it jump

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
you should be able to just drag the widget and see it move with the mouse
However, the widget will jump.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm using version r1b11 on Vista Home Basic. However, the problem also
occurs in the applet.

Please provide any additional information below.

Snap to grid is enabled by default.  Look in the preferences to be turn it off.

Yes. I tried that setting. However, it doesn't work. try doing what i said. 
You'll
see how much the widget jumps. With or without snap to grid, the problem 
occurs. It
really is annoying.
