The second one is the switch from either doing heating or hot water. It shows 0 or 1%. However it is more like heating or Water, there is no real percentage value. The IDM description is misleading in that value. So you could guess the values would raise up from 0% = Heizen to 100% meaning hot water, but this is not the case. It is just 0 or 1, the unit % is misleading.
It is quite likely it is exactly the same for sensor.idm_warmepumpe_umschaltventil_heizkreis_heizen_kuhlen, however I can't test in the moment.
