[SEO] Meta tags #36

16 First issue

Added google search engine, fb and twitter meta tags. Tested locally as suggested in this blog and the result is:

Suggestion: For improved SEO, meta tags can be added to every route. But since this is a SPA, the crawlers will not run the JS and the changes to meta tags will not reflect in social cards. Suggestions to solve this problem would be:

Migrating the app to Next.js or Gatsby
Prerendering the application using tools like prerender.io
