License is missing #11

Since the LICENSE file is mssing, the default "All rights reserved" does apply.

Note: Licenses give us rights but if people write "All rights reserved" somewhere, then they contradict the license, because that phrase forbids all rights, hence, such phrases should be avoided.

This is a duplicate of #3. I don't think we'll be seeing any new updates to this repository, or even a clarificaton on whether he intended it to be "All rights reserved" or not...
