Have a nice weekend!
Thanks
ok, go settings, then system, audio and select HDMI or Analog Dev8ce instead of ALSA or PULSE, on pkayer settings, set 2 channels , and fixed method.. it wil fix it, because you are using a misconfigured ALSA devoce,so it it trying what it is, so 6 channnels htru ALSA,2 device, using upmix, that iswhy it is distorcioned.. setting it as HDMI or Analog should work. if you have ahome theater connectect, set it up correctly, udong passthru, channel number and disble upmix.
As I am seeing your log you ase using Spotify connect , I would suggest to use LibreSpot instead of spootify client for it and Spotify Addon to navigate and playback.....
I did a clean install with only the spotify plugin installed. I changed only the audio settings according to your proposal. There is nothing to select without having ALSA or PULSE in the naming. So I choosed HDMI (and later on tested HDMI:analog also) I even tried a bluetooth audio dongle. But none of these settings changed the audio output of the spotify plugin - it is always white noise. ALL other plugins work well (Amazon, YT, local Mp3 and video sources, Netflix, TV streams) and this is the only issue left which prevents me to switch to the NanoPi from my Raspberry Pi 3b.
Here is the log from the last test I have made. http://ix.io/1P4N
Would be great if you could figure out the problem - just tell me if I can do something to help!

I just tested spotify connect but it did not worked well. Can you explain what you mean exactly? Thanks!
HI,
I installed this wonderful plugin on librelec (Kodi 18.02) Radxa ROCK Pi 4 LibreELEC-RK3399.arm-8.90.015-rock-pi-4.img.gz which is running on a NanoPi M4 (4Gb) I have installed the Netflix and Amazon Plugin too as well as YT and all are running nicely. Local mp3 ist playing nice too. BUT when I play a song in spotify, regardless which one. I get just white noise out of my speakers. I switched the audio output but nothing changed.
Hope you can find a solution and fix it!
