Fix install link #159

Hi, I've fixed a URL for install. It took me a while to find the package :D

Also, I've fixed the links into markdown style. Please merge

Please merge this fix spent 5h until i got it running cause of the Confusion around Kodi 18vs 19 and update to Python 3.0
