For some reason stream URL can be fed to curl just fine but kodi chokes on it (maybe due to tcp retransmission?). More investigation required.

Well, I don't really see the reason why to merge something that had been broken and still is broken. If you fix it, then I'll happily merge it. Please, make another PR for nahnoji.cz.

Btw, hqq may have blacklisted your user agent. Try to feed it with something else.
