This adds profiles for the following controllers:
Needed for https://github.com/kodi-game/game.libretro.cap32/pull/2, https://github.com/kodi-game/game.libretro.genplus/pull/4 and https://github.com/kodi-game/game.libretro.beetle-pcfx/pull/3
