Description
Updating vice cores after merging https://github.com/libretro/vice-libretro/pull/488.
Updating scummvm from 2.6 to latest 2.7, and adapting it to use the libretro wrapper around upstream scummvm.
How has this been tested?
Vice cores fully testing. In the process of testing scummvm now.
