Description

This PR adds the following cores:

Beetle PC Engine - https://github.com/kodi-game/game.libretro.beetle-pce
Gearboy - https://github.com/kodi-game/game.libretro.gearboy
Retro8 - https://github.com/kodi-game/game.libretro.retro8
