Update to API 1.0.16 #1

Sorry, forgot about this one. 1.0.16 added an API call ResetButtonMap() or similar, that needs to be added to addon.cpp

Looks good. A user is donating his steam controller to me, so hopefully we'll have a completed steam controller driver in the near future
