Improve README.md with instructions from peripheral.joystick #16

Description

I copied most of the instructions from peripheral.joystick and dropped a few paragraphs that no longer apply. I also made a few updates that I'll port to peripheral.joystick once this is merged.

Motivation and context

This add-on is unfinished, but feature-complete and only broken by a bug interfacing with libusb. Support for usage instructions is sought here: https://github.com/kodi-game/peripheral.steamcontroller/issues/5

How has this been tested?

I haven't tested the commands to see if they work, so I'm marking as a draft until this is tested.
