Translations update from Kodi Weblate for Kodi add-ons: PVR clients/pvr.nextpvr.

@sub3 Just ignore this PR - it can be closed. I'll include it in the language sync PR I'll create after https://github.com/kodi-pvr/pvr.nextpvr/pull/228 is merged.

@gade01 will you be able to do this sync soon? I would like it included in PR223 which we hope to merge and tag over the weekend to go with Nexus Final Some builds are only release as packages and don't have repos. If not this will have to wait for a while.

@emveepee I just did the PR syncing translations between Matrix and Nexus branches: https://github.com/kodi-pvr/pvr.nextpvr/pull/230
