Start timeshift in real time mode. Low bit radio was taking to long to buffer. Parse XMLTV for episode number and part. Parse movie year from EPG. Cleanup extra S/E information added to the subtitle by the backend when subtitle didn't exist. Handle season 0 which can retrieved in future versions for episode only shows.

@ksooo @phunkyfish please review when you have a chance. I'd like to get this out and have @sub3 tag it so it can go with the translations that was merged recently, and then I can focus completely on Pies.
