Update argentina.js #4

isn't it obvious that this fixes wrongly written keywords into right one?

@diomed Yes, sorry, I have already fixed the keywords in a release I'm about to push out so your pull request won't be necessary. All of the dates for the argentina locale were in the wrong format and some were set to static dates when they shouldn't have been so I had to fix those as well. I will be pushing out the update today and I will tag you on here to notify you so you can see the changes I've made.
