Added locale support for Switzerland and all its regions #6

As the title says, I created the locale file for Switzerland based on the official holiday document distributed by our government. Since Switzerland has four official languages (German, French, Italian and Romansh) I decided to implement the most spoken and used, which is German.

I also added the support notice to README.md, package.jsonand bower.json.

Passed npm test successfully: npm-test

This is awesome, thanks @aarongerig! Also, I'm not against making duplicate locales in different languages. For example switzerland-fr.js for a French version.

Too bad I don't speak French that well. I had it for 9 years in school, but I barely can introduce myself. 😅
