[ ] write tests for covering disconnect & close events
[ ] write tests for covering autoReconnect behavior
[ ] move backoff functionality to its own class
[ ] abstract out protocol initialization step
[x] abstract out kite info struct to KiteInfo class
[ ] clean up interactions between protocol (proto) and transport (ws) on connection events.

fixes #43
