Hardcode Redis Environment Value & Remove the Mongoose Package #8

Changelog :

  1. Hardcode Redis & Encryption Environment Variable Value on the docker-compose.yml
  2. Remove the mongoose & @nestjs/mongoose package along with it's Environment Variable, use the local file json named bots.json instead.

cc Mas @ariaseta , untuk yang update terbaru ini udah kucoba run di docker vps dan udah bisa running dengan aman, masih kurang untuk yang CapRover aja InsyaAllah. Untuk yang caprover itu daku bisa nyoba pakai site caprover yang mana yo Mas?
