The zip for dialupass is password protected #248

Hello, the file https://www.nirsoft.net/toolsdownload/dialupass.zip is currently being pasword protected. So doing scoop install dialupass will cause scoop to stuck as it need a password.

I will have to check if scoop allows specifying a password now..
