Add possibility to sign up directly to Koemei from the KMS plugin using the admin secret info.

NB: that should also take care of the current sign in in 2 steps where uuid must be provided, then save, then activate the module

Allow the user to create his account directly inside the Koemei KMS plugin, that will grant him 120 minutes with the demo account, and he will get an email when his demo is expiring.

We should also display some information in the KMS admin interface if possible (usage, expiration date, ...), and a link to upgrade.
