All preparations for release should be added to the branch release-0.1.0

• [ ] Check author list in CITATION.cff and .zenodo.json files
• [x] Update documentation
• [x] Update repository names
• [ ] Update the CHANGELOG.md to include changes made and set release date
• [ ] Let Zenodo track the GitHub release

• [ ] Add Zenodo badge with doi to README
• [ ] Add Zenodo doi to CITATION.cff
• [ ] Upload package to PyPI (first time manually)
• [ ] Generate API Key from PyPI and add in Setting/Secrets/Actions/ a new Repository Secret called _PYPI_APITOKEN with the PyPI API Key.
