device-tree-overlays: Device Tree Overlays for bb.org boards #28

linux-beagleboard 4.1 no longer includes device tree overlays (dtbo) for bb.org supported capes as those have been moved to a separate upstream repository.

This recipe builds device tree overlays available from https://github.com/beagleboard/bb.org-overlays

Beagleboard.org distributes these overlays in their Debian repositories as device-tree-overlays package.

They however have not kept that package up-to-date with recent git additions of internal and third-party cape overlays.

This recipe is up-to-date with latest additions in their git repo and therefore does not attempt to match versioning or contents of the Debian package.

Builds and installs in my test system for Yocto krogoth (Angstrom).
