Both openembedded-core and meta-backports ship their own version
of libdrm that matches their version of Mesa.
Since BBFILES_PRIORITY_meta-kodi is higher than either of the
above mentioned layer's own BBFILES_PRIORITY, libdrm from meta-kodi
was overriding meta-backport's libdrm version which was not
good enough for Mesa in meta-backports.
