kodi: added bluetooth and lirc PACKAGECONFIG, fixed cmake git not found. #21

This helps to find git tool that is in hosttools (git-native is not solving detection): OECMAKE_FIND_ROOT_PATH_MODE_PROGRAM = "BOTH"

This should fix kodi system information page (build information hash)

I also added bluetooth and lirc PACKAGECONFIG.
