May want to update the README, that new Elevated Access appears to now be required a detailed in https://developer.twitter.com/en/support/twitter-api/developer-account.

Same error thrown (screenshot) API failure deletetweets

Also adding context here from @TwitterDev - API is being discontinued 9 Feb (extended after community bask-lash till 13 Feb)
