Removed the brave, nautilus, alacritty packages from the install_packages function

Now users can select between these tools, choosing what they prefer.

internet browsers: brave, firefox, google-chrome
terminal emulators: alacritty, kitty, konsole
file managers: nautilus, dolphin, thunar
