We do have a variety of applets that can be useful to demonstrate concepts (see e.g., http://www.eng.buffalo.edu/~kofke/ce530/Applets/applets.html, which are old and crude, but useful; others at http://modules.etomica.org). I don't remember which one was being referenced in the text, but it probably still exists.
I don't have much experience with Jupyter notebooks, so I'd welcome a demo sometime.
Ah, OK, great. Glad it still exists.
When you resurface after October, maybe you can reach out and I can do a Jupyter notebook demo and see if that's something it might be possible to migrate towards.
On hard sphere MD, there is an applet referred to/cut; do you still have this and should we resurrect it as something more modern, like a Jupyter notebook?
Presumably there are other examples like this elsewhere, so how to deal with them is important.
(In my class I make rather extensive use of Jupyter notebook examples/problems to work, which allow a lot of nice things, and would be happy to demo if you're not familiar with it.)
