Problem: Enrolled users cannot create event, case-study or event unless they are not added as contributors

This is against of the collaborative learning system definition. Each user, who are following the space, should able to create these functionalities to collaborate on learning

Solution of the issue requires significant amount of time and it will not fit our time plan. Issue won't be solved.
