Everything is in the title, patients shouldn't be allowed to enter the
staffroom...

If you tell them to enter, then yes they will enter. I don't consider this a 
major
issue though;
1) It is a useful debug aid to have them entering the room and walk around 
objects to
check that the objects have their graphics settings set correctly.
2) Direct control of patients will disappear once proper controlling logic is
implemented for patients, and said logic will not instruct them to enter staff 
rooms.
