Dart Sass への移行 #137

概要

Warning: LibSass and Node Sass are deprecated. While they will continue to receive maintenance releases indefinitely, there are no plans to add additional features or compatibility with any new CSS or Sass features. Projects that still use it should move onto Dart Sass. https://github.com/sass/node-sass

node-sass が非推奨のため、dart sass へ移行しなければならない。

これは、 https://github.com/koheitakahashi/sound_links/pull/138 の PR で対応してデプロイも完了したのでクローズします。
