The eclipse plugin cannot be use.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Help -> Install new Software.
2.Add the following url as an update site : 
http://js-test-driver.googlecode.com/svn/update/
3.Check the JS Test Driver checkbox and hit Next.

4.Hit Finish in the install details, accept any agreements and when Eclipse 
asks you to restart / apply changes, do so.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After installed the plugin and restarted the eclipse,I cannot find the  JS Test 
Driver view in Window -> Show View -> Other.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version: Juno Service Release 2
Build id: 20130225-0426
OS Vesion: Windows Xp Pro
Java: 1.7
plugin 1.3.4.e
Please provide any additional information below.

I have found the reason my eclipse default jvm version is jre 1.5. After I 
change it to 1.6 I found the  Jstest console
