Ambiguity in whether the note field in add command is optional

In the UG and the app (which is what the average user would only check), the note field of the add command is labelled as compulsory, but in the DG, the note field is marked as optional, and this is the actual behavior as well, which may mislead the user on the actual functionality of the product, inconveniencing them to think of a note for every applicant added when there is none needed.
