It would be great to be able to "like" (👍) comments in paper discussions. At the moment, there are often a lot of "I agree with this" comments, which clutter the discussions and trigger unnecessary email notifications to all reviewers. Or else reviewers stay quiet because they don't want their "+1" comment to trigger lots of spam, but then that makes the discussions feel less engaged.
