Clicking on the Editor Palette does not bring the word processor window to the foreground #115

Clicking on the BungeniEditorClient 's Editor Palette does not bring the
word processor window to the foreground.

To do:

Use the Writer UNO XComponent handle to get the wordprocessor window frame,
and set that to the foreground.

activating the editor palette now also activates the word processor to the 
foreground.
