The task template is using @_koi/web3.js, but there's also a package called @_koii/web3.js that's used by the storage sdk. is there any reason for having both of them?

Please use @_koii/web3.js, no main difference but @_koii/web3.js is the latest version. Both of them have the 99% same functions
