[BUG]: `~` Not Followed #105

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current behavior

When using ~ in a path, the CLI autocomplete works, but the path is not followed correctly when searching for the file.

cli home

Expected behavior

~ should properly replace to $HOME.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Connect to an endpoint
  2. Open a wallet
  3. Upload a contract using a path prefixed by ~

- OS: Mac OS
