As a Koinos Core engineer, I would like my projects using Go to have CI integration.

[x] Find out how we run tests in Go. (#61)
[ ] Modify or add the necessary Travis YAML to have it run in CI. (#62)
[ ] Repeat the process for Koinos block store and Koinos P2P. (open-orchard/koinos-block-store#3, open-orchard/koinos-p2p#7)
