[x] Should handle EOF (running out of bytes) (Check slice length to avoid panic)
[x] Check how Uvarint handles EOF
[x] Fixed blob check for EOF
[x] Should handle type-specific malformation (TBD Parking Lot)
[x] String must be valid UTF-8 byte strings
[x] Boolean values must only be 0 or 1
[x] Variant panic on invalid tags on serialization and return error on deserailization
