插件配置中没有安装的插件没有显示“未安装”的提示

Steps to reproduce

  1. 创建 1.12.1 版本的bp
  2. 启动，打开插件配置，点开mysql插件

Expected behavior

插件配置中没有安装的插件像以往一样显示“未安装”的警告
