Row reduction problem page's answer drop down is currently functionless #113

Simply have it contain some text describing how to submit the answer (just do the work and hit submit) similar to @bbirdsong2 's page. This will help eliminate any confusion in jumping from pages that require using the answer drop down to submit a problem.
