Clarify instructions on row reduction page #134

Needs to explicitly state in the problem to take it to reduced row echelon form. Notes section also needs to be corrected since they aren't creating an augmented matrix as the first step, just copying the matrix.

Done. Pushed on both backup and master branches and published to server.
