Application Closes Unexpectedly #4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open SerialChart
2. Open Config File
3. Run SerialChart

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect chart output, application closes instead

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Don't know where to find the version of the software.  Running on Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.

More details needed on the problem OS/ port , device being used.
