Code in double-quotes make the quotes wrong #19

When writing

This "`code`" is not "right".

the double-quotes will turn into capture d ecran 2017-07-27 a 15 09 06

This works though:

This "phrase" is "`code`".

capture d ecran 2017-07-27 a 15 10 29

And this works also:

This "phrase" is "right".

capture d ecran 2017-07-27 a 15 10 05
