Add VERY basic support for colors

This is more of a starting point for allowing colors in the output.

It doesn't yet work for all colors but it does make basic things like grunt watch and jshint look a lot better.

No worries at all dude!

When you find the time I would recommend that you look at adding more colors, this is just a pretty basic sample.

Pretty sure the code can be rewritten as well.
