DG: Hyperlink does not work #10

Under Getting Started -> Minimum Requirements: image.png

The hyperlink under this section does not work. it leads to the URL: http://127.0.0.1:8080/UserGuide.html#installation-guide

as shown:

According to the CS2103T website, only content within the PDF files should be considered. Since these links are meant to lead to websites outside of our PDF DG, it is not in scope of Phase II of the PE.

Reason for disagreement: Yes, the link leads to content outside of the DG. Despite that, the link itself is within the DG, and leads the user to a broken URI, which can be confusing for users. Hence it still be considered as an acceptable bug.
