All links are dead under the Documentation, logging, testing, configuration, dev-ops section in the developer guide

[original: nus-cs2103-AY2324S2/pe-interim#3110] [original labels: type.DocumentationBug severity.VeryLow]

Their Response to the 'Original' Bug

[This is the team's response to the above 'original' bug]

image.png According to the CS2103T website, only content within the PDF files should be considered. Since these links are meant to lead to websites outside of our PDF DG, it is not in scope of Phase II of the PE.

 Issue duplicate status

Team chose to mark this issue as a duplicate of another issue (as explained in the Team's response above)

Reason for disagreement: [replace this with your explanation]

## Issue response Team chose [`response.Rejected`] - [x] I disagree **Reason for disagreement:** Yes, the link leads to content outside of the DG. Despite that, the **link itself is within the DG**, and **leads the user to a broken URI**, which can be confusing for users. Hence it still be considered as an acceptable bug.
## Issue severity Team chose [`severity.VeryLow`] Originally [`severity.Low`] - [x] I disagree **Reason for disagreement:** As stated: ![image.png](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/kokerinks/pe/main/files/fb8658e5-5d97-48ed-a147-a5046311437c.png) Also: ![image.png](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/kokerinks/pe/main/files/d113a1c5-f711-41d5-8ff7-efbc4fb51f03.png) Hence, broken links are considered `severity.Low` or `severity.Medium`. It is not a cosmetic bug (and hence not `severity.VeryLow`)
