Giver should handle the DBus events created by the network manager applet (on laptops) #17

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set an IP address using Gnome's network applet
2. Start giver
3. Suspend and then resume your laptop in another location where your IP
address will be changed

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
-Giver keeps the old IP address, and fails to work in the new location.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
-Giver 0.1.8 on Ubuntu Intrepid (8.10)

I have also had trouble with Giver detecting other machines. Especially if it's
already running and a new machine launches giver.
