Fix typos in KUG2023 blog post #110

Includes the changes I was proposing in https://github.com/kokkos/kokkos.github.io/pull/103 before it was merged since I missed hitting "Submit review".

This looks fine, but is a bit "laundry - list-y" / meeting minutes-y. In other words, I'm left with no clear set of "take home message" ideas / actions, no notion of what we'll do with the feedback we received on day 4, nor about how the event was beneficial beyond meeting each other, and spending a few days together. Did the event strengthen the Kokkos community? If so, how? What will future events look like, now that we're part of the Linux Foundation? What are areas for Kokkos growth?

I'm only fixing typos here. The original pull request was #103 but feel free to propose changes ina separate pull request.

@masterleinad - understood, but I cannot, in good conscience, ask for a significant revision at this point (months after KUG23). We'll just have to live with this, and maybe collaborate better for future KUG.
