Change Kokkos Core Documentation URL

Following meeting discussion, this PR proposes a change to the Kokkos Core Documentation URL (as accessed from main kokkos.org page). Additional PR to better organize , update and streamline the website will follow.

By the way, I do not know the setup, but if we are redirecting from kokkos.github.io to kokkos.org on every page, it can hurt the rendering performance and thus the SEO.

We can do whatever you like -- I don't have a terribly strong opinion about it 😄

I do believe it's a redirection (from kokkos.github.io to kokkos.org). This redirection was done prior to this PR.
